Job summary

CC Tekstilservice AS is seeking a machine operator / production worker with operational responsibility for our production facility in Sande. The role combines hands-on production with ownership of parts of the workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality textiles.

No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work efficiently are essential. Training is provided, with opportunities to take on more responsibility and pursue a Norwegian trade

Qualifications

• You do not necessarily need previous experience in production or textile care. What matters most is that you are willing to learn, work efficiently and contribute positively to the team.
• Experience from production, textile care or machine operation is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for parts of the daily production flow
• Contribute to planning, prioritising and following up production
• Operate production equipment, including dry-cleaning machines and washing machines
• Work with the treatment of clothing, garments and other textiles
• Monitor quality throughout the production process
