We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Alta, Norway.

As a Machine Learning Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1600$.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques.
• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms using programming languages such as Python or R.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.
• Deploy models into production and continuously monitor performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of machine learning and incorporate them into our processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with data preprocessing tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
