Harding+ is seeking a Watch Sales Specialist to join our onboard retail teams. You will deliver a premium guest experience, guide guests through high-value purchases, and showcase luxury watch brands in a high-end onboard boutique.

You will engage guests at events and in store, maintain presentation standards, and collaborate with the team while living and working at sea aboard cruise ships worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Experience guiding customers through high-value purchases.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Confidence delivering product presentations, seminars or guest events.
• Flexible, team-focused attitude for life at sea.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Good level of physical fitness for a day-long activity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend pieces aligned with style and occasion.
• Introduce brands, explain features and values, and guide ownership imagination.
• Support onboard events, presentations and promotions to generate leads.
• Maintain product presentation, assist with stock and compliance, share knowledge with the team.
• Build trust with guests considering high-value purchases.
