Job summary

Harding is seeking a Chanel Beauty Advisor to join its onboard cruise retail team. You will promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests, perform makeovers, and provide personalised product advice.

Live on board for up to six months at a time, you will drive sales through events, demonstrations and exceptional guest service, while maintaining stock and presenting products according to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with premium beauty knowledge.
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability.
• Motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Public speaking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Living and working on a cruise ship to sell Chanel products.
• Promotes Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests.
• Performs full makeovers and demonstrates techniques to guests.
• Provides tailored product advice based on skin type and preferences.
• Meets and exceeds Chanel sales targets through consultative selling.
• Drives traffic to stores via events and promotions.
• Maintains stock, shelves and inventory in line with brand guidelines.
• Creates an exceptional onboard retail experience for guests.
