Job summary

Sézane in London is seeking a Full-time Sales Assistant to join our Marylebone or Notting Hill store. Starting in August, the role can be permanent or fixed-term (mid/end Aug 2026 to early Jan 2027).

You will deliver a unique customer experience and embody the Sezane spirit through presentation and product knowledge. Reporting to the Store Director, you will welcome customers with generosity, identify their desires, and introduce our brand and its universes.

Qualifications

• You have a sense of service, excellent presentation skills, and a strong sensitivity to fashion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience and embody the Sezane spirit through impeccable presentation and product knowledge.
• Welcome customers with generosity and empathy, identify their desires, and introduce the Brand and our universes/products.
• Process transactions and respect procedures related to operations (returns, exchanges, reservations).
• Maintain merchandising standards and contribute to an inspiring shopping environment.
• Be a team player, participate in ancillary tasks, and relay the brand's commitments.
