Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador in all assigned points of sale.
• Provide a premium, personalized client experience aligned with the Maison's standards.
• Conduct in-store sales activities and, where applicable, remote selling.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Execute the full sales process following the brand's service method.
• Propose complementary and cross-category sales to offer a holistic beauty approach.
• Passionately communicate the brand's history, values, and products.
• Acquire new clients through genuine and high-quality interactions.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Maximize commercial opportunities in each location.
• Quickly adapt to the commercial potential and client profile of each point of sale.
• Support launches and peak activity periods.
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients across locations.
• Ensure merchandising and POS image are maintained per guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and report issues.
• Execute operational tasks: reception, returns, opening/closing, restocking.
• Adhere to procedures, IT tools, attendance, and grooming guidelines.
