Job summary

Henry Community Health in Indiana is seeking a licensed practical nurse to deliver technical nursing care to assigned patients under general supervision. The role focuses on administering prescribed treatments and reinforcing nursing care according to approved procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, planning nursing measures, reinforcing patient education, and coordinating with the Clinical Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse program and Indiana licensure
• One-year experience preferred
• Indiana licensure eligibility or reciprocity for Indiana LPN licensure

• Knowledge of pathophysiology, the nursing process, and nursing interventions necessary for delivering technical nursing care
• Completion of an accredited practical nurse program and current Indiana licensure or awaiting Indiana State Board testing results for Indiana LPN licensure or reciprocity for Indiana licensure
• One-year experience preferred
• BLS certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer experience
