Job summary

IKM in Norway seeks a logistics assistant on site in Kollsnes with flexibility to support Sture. You will handle goods receipt, storage, material delivery and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements include 3-5 years in logistics, a Certificate of Apprenticeship, good English and Norwegian, and proficiency in SAP. The assignment runs 29 November 2026 to 30 March 2027 with a potential 2x3 month extension. Commuters are not accepted.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of logistics experience.
• Good business and supply chain understanding, including material movement and purchasing activities.
• A high degree of accuracy, structure, and flexibility in work execution.
• Language: English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods receipt and comprehensive goods receipt control.
• Manage deviation handling processes.
• Perform marking of equipment and oversee intermediate storage.
• Execute logistics tasks connected to turnarounds and modifications.
• Prepare and deliver materials from the warehouse.
• Ensure professional service and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate car, truck, and crane in daily operations (certificates of competence required).
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement, digitalization, and a positive working environment.
