Job summary

iManage seeks a Strategic Consultant to lead practice and program strategy within the global Business Innovation Team. You will drive change, enable adoption of legal tech, and position iManage consultants as trusted advisors to law firms and corporate legal teams.

You will collaborate across internal functions, translate requirements into scalable frameworks, and mentor junior consultants while advancing product and process outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad cross-disciplinary skills spanning business strategy, product use, consulting and customer success.
• Legal industry knowledge and ability to translate user needs into actionable guidance.
• Strong ability to build trust with demanding organizations such as law firms.
• Experience leading discovery, design sessions, and aligning requirements with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as an iManage ambassador with leadership, customer management, and end-users.
• Guide development, documentation, and scaling of best practices for iManage technologies.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales to advise end users.
• Develop scalable consulting frameworks focusing on business and non-technical workstreams like strategy and change management.
• Plan engagements with shared understanding of customer requirements and success metrics.
• Deliver strategic advice to senior stakeholders and provide product demonstrations to support business cases.
