Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations at one of our communities.

You will greet prospects, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining excellent service and adherence to Fair Housing.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and growth opportunities within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is highly desired.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet/qualify all prospects.
• Process applications and secure deposits per company procedures.
• Update availability, input applications, and manage renewals.
• Demonstrate property features and close leases.
• Orient new residents and ensure move-in readiness on schedule.
• Maintain resident files and handle notices and payments.
• Assist management with tasks and policy adherence.
• Support resident events and community outreach.
