We're seeking a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of our Control & Integration platform and lead its development from concept to market success.
The Role Reporting to our CTO, you'll be responsible for managing our control and monitoring product portfolio. This is a hands‑on role where you'll execute on and contribute to our platform vision by creating roadmaps, driving development activities, and serving as the senior technical expert in control systems within the company. You'll work closely with our development team while also supporting ongoing project deliveries with engineering and commissioning expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership: Own implementation of product management processes for control systems and create development roadmaps that drive progress toward strategic targets
Technical Excellence: Provide senior technical competence in control and monitoring systems, serving as the company's subject matter expert
Market Connection: Gather customer feedback through hands‑on field experience and ensure rapid product response to market trends and needs
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure strong product‑market fit
Compliance & Standards: Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure product and delivery compliance
Industry Engagement: Participate in relevant exhibitions and conferences to build market presence
Project Support: Contribute to project deliveries through engineering, production, and commissioning activities
Required Qualifications
8+ years experience in control systems and power management in the maritime industry
Strong technical background in control systems, power management, or marine automation
Experience with hands‑on engineering, commissioning, or field service activities
Knowledge of maritime industry standards and certification processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and commercial teams
Willingness to travel for customer engagement and project support
