The Role

Reporting to our CTO, you will be responsible for managing our control and monitoring product portfolio. This is a hands‑on role where you will execute on and contribute to our platform vision by creating roadmaps, driving development activities, and serving as the senior technical expert in control systems within the company. You will work closely with our development team while also supporting ongoing project deliveries with engineering and commissioning expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Leadership: Own implementation of product management processes for control systems and create development roadmaps that drive progress toward strategic targets.
  • Technical Excellence: Provide senior technical competence in control and monitoring systems, serving as the company's subject matter expert.
  • Market Connection: Gather customer feedback through hands‑on field experience and ensure rapid product response to market trends and needs.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure strong product‑market fit.
  • Compliance & Standards: Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure product and delivery compliance.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in relevant exhibitions and conferences to build market presence.
  • Project Support: Contribute to project deliveries through engineering, production, and commissioning activities.
