Overview

We are launching the next-generation Core Banking as part of our Banking as a Service (BAAS) offering. Our solution is based on modern technology and microservice architecture principles as defined by the Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN). Core banking includes solutions for customer, product, agreement, organization, deposits, credit, ledger and reporting. We take pride in ensuring our services are running 24/7. We are a Nordic team of about 100 people in cross-functional squads, aiming to become a high-performing DevOps unit according to the DORA Capability framework. We are looking for Lead Software Developers to lead organizational and technical changes for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high availability and performance.
• Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code in Kotlin.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Proven hands-on software development experience.
• Proven working experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Proficient in both Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
