Job summary

Personalhuset HRC seeks a seasoned Lead Completion Engineer to support drilling and well operations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. You will take a leading role in completion engineering activities, ensuring safe and efficient project execution and delivery of well objectives.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field, 15+ years of experience in completion engineering from operator companies on the NCS, and fluency in Norwegian and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Extensive experience in completion design, planning and execution is essential.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary drilling and well activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead completion engineering activities for safe, efficient project execution.
• Ensure delivery of well objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate across disciplines and manage supplier follow-up and QA/QC.
