Job summary

Personalhuset is supporting our client in recruiting an experienced Lead Completion Engineer to support drilling and well operations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. You will lead completion engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient project execution and delivery of well objectives.

The role requires strong technical leadership, supplier follow-up, and coordination across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, with fluent Norwegian and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of completion engineering experience from operator companies on the NCS.
• Extensive experience with completion design, planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of Norwegian regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary drilling and well activities.
• Experience with supplier management, contractual follow-up and QA/QC activities.
• Ability to act as a technical authority within the completion discipline.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
