What you’ll do

As Project Manager, you’ll lead complex global projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders around the world and manage initiatives that push the boundaries of maritime automation. Every project offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

Your main responsibilities

Take full ownership of projects --- ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to contractual commitments and internal procedures.

Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution --- from sales handover, engineering, Software and hardware definition, IAT/FAT/HAT/SAT, commissioning, and final handover to Service and After-sales.

Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain department, who manage procurement, suppliers and internal production of hardware.

Resource management in cooperation with department managers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams and customers.

Plan, develop and maintain plans for executing the assigned project scope and monitor progress, resources, quality, risks, milestones, invoicing, cash flow, and budgets.

Prepare the project's status and financial reporting.

Ensure high-quality project execution and drive continuous improvement.

Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, processes, and project delivery excellence.

Proactively solve challenges and make informed decisions.

What you bring

University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience managing technical projects from start to finish.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication abilities to collaborate across teams, with customers and suppliers.

Commercial and contractual awareness with a results-driven mindset.

Willingness to travel as required.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Strong problem-solving skills and confidence under pressure.
