Pentagon Technical Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor for a landmark data centre construction project in Norway. You will lead on-site activities across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical scopes, driving safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with design and commissioning teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in site supervision on large projects, strong MEP coordination, and SME/Safety certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of site supervision on large, complex construction projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Strong MEP coordination and multi-trade experience.
• Safety-certified (SMSTS, NEBOSH, or Norwegian HMS).
• Fluent English; Norwegian or another Scandinavian language a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical packages.
• Lead HSE culture with toolbox talks, risk assessments, inspections and incident reporting.
• Manage subcontractor performance and interfaces to meet the programme.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, TEK17.
• Support planning of critical MEP installations and testing/handover.
• Mentor junior supervisors and site staff.
