NHH Norwegian School of Economics invites applications for an established researcher to contribute to management accounting and control research and to teaching across bachelor, master and PhD programmes. Located in Bergen, the Department collaborates with leading international scholars and business partners.

Candidates should hold a PhD in Accounting or related field, demonstrate a strong publication record, and be capable of supervising theses.

Qualifications

• PhD in Accounting, Management Accounting and Control or closely related field.
• Proven high-quality research and publication record.
• Ability to teach management accounting topics at bachelor and master levels.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian at B2 within three years.

Responsabilités

• Develop and advance research and teaching in Management Accounting and Control.
• Teach courses at bachelor and master levels and supervise theses.
• Contribute to PhD education and supervision.
• Engage in research groups, seminars, and course development.
• Collaborate with businesses and external stakeholders.
