Job summary

Oman OnlineConnect in Os, Norway is seeking a Land Surveyor to conduct surveys, collect data on land and building sites, and support planning, design and construction projects.

You will use GPS, EDM, levels, theodolites and total stations to measure, map and analyze land features, prepare reports, and collaborate with engineers and architects. A CAD proficient candidate is preferred and fieldwork is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as GPS receivers and EDM, levels, theodolites and total stations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD software.
  • Attention to detail with strong mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid drivers license.
