Job summary

Unknown Law Firm in London is seeking a Knowledge Systems Specialist to support and develop knowledge productivity platforms, enabling lawyers and business services to use collaboration, document automation and knowledge management tools effectively.

The role involves administration and improvement of HighQ, Contract Express, intranet content, and cross-functional collaboration with Knowledge, Legal Technology and IT colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal technology or knowledge management within a law firm.
• Experience supporting enterprise knowledge or collaboration platforms.
• Interest in document automation and collaboration technologies.
• Experience delivering user training and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining client collaboration sites, portals, trackers and workflows using HighQ.
• Updating and enhancing automated legal document templates using Contract Express.
• Supporting and maintaining knowledge and product-related intranet content.
• Assisting with upgrades, testing programmes, content migrations and system enhancements.
• Providing day-to-day user support across the firm's knowledge systems and legal technology platforms.
• Delivering user training sessions and maintaining guidance materials and user documentation.
• Investigating technical issues and coordinating with IT teams and external vendors to resolve them.
• Administering user access, permissions, licences and governance processes across multiple platforms.
• Monitoring system usage, adoption and engagement, producing regular reports and management information.
• Working with vendors and attending product briefings to stay informed on new features, developments and emerging technologies.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase adoption and enhance the user experience across the firm's knowledge systems.
