Job summary

Sessùn is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant in London to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fashion retail environment. You will advise customers, upsell products, and manage POS and cash handling with accuracy.

You will develop and maintain the CRM database, support visual merchandising, and ensure the front and back of the store align with Sessùn standards under the supervision of the shop manager.

Qualifications

• Over a year of experience in a similar position in ready-to-wear fashion.
• Ability to deliver personalized customer experiences and achieve sales KPIs.
