• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in commercial or residential construction.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Construction Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones.
