Job summary

Want More is seeking a highly qualified Contract Construction Manager to oversee construction projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality control, while supervising subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance on site.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, at least 5 years in a CM role, and strong leadership and communication skills. This is a contract position based on-site with a weekly salary of $1,400, and accommodation is not

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and resource allocation.
Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Oversee subcontractors work and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers on the project site.
