You will work with project managers and engineers to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting in project plans, schedules and budgets; coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers; monitoring progress; site inspections; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management software e.g. Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and identify potential delays or issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Assist in resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
