Job summary

Omnium's Retail Operating System powers seamless order management and commerce operations across web, in-store, and every channel in between for the Nordics' biggest retail brands, including Varner, Coop, Stadium, Intersport, and HiFi Klubben.

Eight years in, still building like a startup: no legacy code, high pace, real demand. We want juniors who are curious about AI and use it as a natural part of how they work — tools like Claude Code included.

Qualifications

• A degree in CS/Software Engineering (include transcript).
• Experience with C#/.NET and APIs, databases, and modern web architecture.
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI dev tools.
• Comfortable with English; Norwegian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix advanced support cases, focusing on root causes, not workarounds.
• Support first-line escalations with clear technical guidance.
• Join client conversations that need developer depth.
• Ship backend fixes, improvements, and new features across the stack.
• Work daily with backend code, integrations, and APIs.
• Use Claude Code and other AI tooling as part of your normal workflow.
• Document findings so the whole team gets sharper over time.
