Job summary

OceanWave Maritime is seeking an Entry Level Architectural Designer in Svalbard to assist with design and development under experienced architects. You will help create drawings and 3D models, participate in client meetings, and research materials and codes to support project documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in architecture or are pursuing it, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field or currently pursuing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for projects.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes and regulations.
• Assist with project documentation and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
