Job summary

Pandora in Oslo is seeking an Operations Assistant for our ecommerce warehouse team. The role supports accurate order processing, safety, and efficiency in handling delicate jewellery items.

Working hours are 20 hours per week across a 5-day roster, with a minimum of 4 hours per day. This fixed-term contract offers exposure to a fast-paced fulfilment environment and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high level of precision.
• Conduct quality checks on jewellery items prior to shipment.
• Process orders using warehouse management systems and fulfilment software.
• Label, package, and prepare parcels for courier dispatch following company guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory.
• Support stock replenishment and participate in regular inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and security protocols, particularly with valuable items.
• Collaborate with Customer Service when needed.
• Process returns in line with company procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management.
