Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a highly organized assistant to support various cultural and arts-related projects. You'll manage event materials, coordinate attendee information, and assist with marketing efforts. Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents such as programs, surveys, and other event materials
  • Manage guest lists and coordinate attendee information prior to events (including communication with VIPs)
  • Provide on-site support during events (distributing materials, assisting guests, general operations)
  • Assist with marketing and public relations, including designing digital flyers
  • Aggregate and analyze post-event survey results
  • Support coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., co-organizers, sponsors)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both within a team and with external partners
  • Genuine interest in Japanese culture and the arts
  • Native-level English (must be able to write professionally without the need for proofreading)
  • Business-level Japanese (spoken and written)
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their use for promotion
  • Experience with image editing software such as Photoshop, or similar tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator)
