Overview

Axiom Technologies is a Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises. We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate activities ranging from simple tasks to more complex plans. The role provides onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities from simple tasks to complex plans as part of IT support operations.
  • Provide onsite and on-call assistance to end-users within the desktop computing environment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery and high-quality end-user support.
Experience and Technical Skills
  • Operating System/Peripherals troubleshooting.
  • Handling different PC operating systems (Windows 7/8 and 10).
  • Hardware and software installation (understanding deployment tools like SCCM).
  • Basic knowledge of Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and group policies.
  • Printer support.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services.
  • Advanced technical abilities with solid troubleshooting skills for Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (e.g., XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10), Microsoft Office applications, PC/Laptop hardware, peripherals (including printers), and mobile devices.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, SCCM.
  • Ready to travel as required (local travel within 12-18 miles).
Qualifications
  • IT qualifications: At least one of the following — PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+, MCITP (desktop), MOS Certification.
  • Experience in a similar role: 2+ years of relevant experience. Freshers and IT students with IT backgrounds are welcome.
