Overview

Axiom Technologies is a Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises. We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the desktop computing environment to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Coordinate activities and plans ranging from simple tasks to complex projects.
  • Troubleshoot computer operating systems and peripherals; support multiple OS environments (Windows 7/8/10, Apple OS, and virtual operating systems).
  • Perform hardware and software installation, including deployment tools (e.g., SCCM).
  • Provide printer support and basic MS Office installation and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize strong customer service and communication skills to interact with end users and stakeholders.
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role. Freshers and IT students are welcome but should have an IT background.
  • At least one of the following IT qualifications: PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in the desktop area, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
  • Experience with Windows OS (e.g., XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10), PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals (including printers), and mobile devices.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM.
  • Willingness to travel up to 12-18 miles as required. Freelancers can apply.
