About the position

You will be a part of the IT Infrastructure & Operations team in Aibel and work closely with other team members and our strategic partners and service providers. Responsibilities and tasks include
  • Address security events from the Security Operations Centre
  • Implement cybersecurity actions in alignment with our strategic plan
  • Evaluate Aibel's cloud infrastructure and digital workplace environment to recommend enhancements that meet business needs
  • Formulate and manage strategies to bridge gaps between current and future cloud environments
  • Provide support for IT infrastructure projects and serve as a deputy for key IT leadership roles, ensuring organizational stability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
  • 1–3 years’ experience in relevant fields
  • Understanding of one or more technical fields, including infrastructure design, networks, digital workplace technology (Intune & Microsoft 365), cloud computing (Azure), and cyber security
  • Awareness of emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English for verbal, presentation, and written communication
  • Strategic thinker focused on long-term business results
  • Initiative-taker, adaptable, and flexible to change
  • Results-oriented and maintains high performance standards
  • Open, direct communicator; accountable and dependable
  • Capable of working independently
