Job summary

Investigo is partnering with a global media organisation to appoint an Interim Senior Finance Manager to support a major commercial finance transformation programme across Europe.

This highly visible role involves working directly with senior finance and commercial leadership to drive pricing improvements, discount governance, profitability analysis and performance enhancement initiatives across a regional market.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong background in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
• Proven track record leading transformation, change or project-based workstreams.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior finance and commercial leaders.
• Experience within private equity-backed, international or fast-paced environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of pricing and discounting controls across your region.
• Drive margin improvement initiatives through enhanced pricing governance and commercial insight.
• Build and validate profitability, utilisation and EBITDA baselines to support key strategic decisions.
• Analyse large, complex datasets and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Partner with finance, sales and operational leaders to improve commercial performance.
• Support wider transformation initiatives, including sales incentives, target setting and value creation programmes.
• Balance programme delivery alongside critical budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
