Job summary

Alstom in Oslo, Norway seeks a Lead for the Harness Production Area to drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and deliver production to schedule.

You will manage capacity, develop KPIs, lead Lean initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, logistics and installation teams to enable growth of the HPA organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production or industrial teams.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical manufacturing, harnesses or assembly operations.
• Ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
