Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in information security.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols TCP/IP DNS.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools Nmap Nessus.
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential security breaches.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Implement security measures such as firewalls and encryption to protect company data.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents including containment, eradication and recovery.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and guidelines.
