Job summary

ABB in Stord, Norway is looking for a cyber security professional to design and implement security solutions for industrial control systems. You will configure firewalls, switches, backups, antivirus, and access management, while collaborating on cloud, IoT and digitalization initiatives.

Recent graduates or professionals with up to 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply, with Fluent Norwegian and English and a valid Norway work permit. Office-based role with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master degree in a related field.
0–5 years of relevant experience; recent graduates welcome.
Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
Valid work permit for Norway.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain cyber security and network solutions for industrial control systems.
Configure and support firewalls, switches, backup solutions, antivirus and access management.
Work with cloud technologies, IoT and digital transformation initiatives.
Participate in project engineering, commissioning and service activities.
Investigate and respond to cyber security and network incidents.
Advise project teams on cyber security best practices and IEC 62443 requirements.
Continue developing your expertise in next-generation security technologies.
