AutoStore is seeking a Security Specialist – Identity, Data Protection & Insider Risk to strengthen how we manage identities, protect information, and mitigate security risks across our global organisation. You will own policies, standards, and processes for access to systems and data.

You will work with IT, application owners, and stakeholders to implement structured access reviews, strengthen identity governance, and improve privileged access management.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with IAM governance or programs.
• Experience with IAM technologies including IGA, Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
• Knowledge of data protection, DLP, insider risk, and Zero Trust.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide security initiatives and governance.
• Experience working in global environments with IT, Audit, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, HR and external providers.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or relevant Microsoft security certs are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain IAM governance policies, standards, and controls for user identities, access permissions, and JML processes.
• Coordinate periodic access reviews and certifications with application owners to validate permissions and ensure proper segregation of duties.
• Strengthen authentication and privileged access security, overseeing MFA, SSO, PAM, and improvements to identity security.
• Develop and improve data protection practices, including data classification and DLP.
• Establish and enhance insider risk management processes, collaborating with HR, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Protect critical applications and assets with risk-based access controls and support audits.
