AutoStore System, Inc. is seeking a Security Specialist – Identity, Data Protection & Insider Risk to strengthen how we manage identities, protect information, and mitigate security risks across our global organization.

You will own IAM governance, access controls, and data protection practices. You will collaborate with IT, product, engineering, HR, and Legal to implement structured access reviews, enforce Zero Trust, and continuously improve privileged access management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with IAM governance experience.
• Experience with IAM tech: IGA, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, PAM.
• Knowledge of DLP, insider risk, and Zero Trust.
• Experience leading enterprise security initiatives in global teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain IAM governance policies, standards, and controls.
• Coordinate periodic access reviews and certifications across apps.
• Strengthen authentication and privileged access security (MFA, SSO, PAM).
• Develop and improve data protection practices (DLP, data classification).
• Establish insider risk management processes with HR, Legal, IT.
• Protect critical applications and assets with risk-based access controls.
