Job summary

IKM Gruppen AS in Stavanger seeks an Allocation Specialist to manage oil and gas production allocation and reporting. You will ensure timely, high-quality data handling and collaborate with the Metering Engineer to correct data and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

Higher education in IT, process technology, finance, or engineering; relevant experience can compensate for a formal degree.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with metering, allocation, or production reporting is desirable.
Familiarity with the Energy Component production reporting tool is an advantage.
Languages: Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

Allocate oil and gas production between fields based on commercial agreements.
Ensure allocation and reporting are performed on time and with high quality.
Correct erroneous data and assist in obtaining missing data, often in collaboration with the Metering Engineer.
Validate data and follow up on discrepancies and imbalances in allocation systems.
Drive the continuous improvement of systems and routines related to allocation.
Prepare monthly allocation reports and re-run allocations for retroactive corrections.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders on production reporting and allocation.
Contribute to the understanding of the oil, gas, water, and environmental emissions value chain.
