NaturalMotion in London is seeking a Client Generalist Software Engineer to help build a new, unannounced mobile game. You will work across gameplay, meta, and core tech, owning features end-to-end while collaborating with design and backend teams. The role combines hybrid office days in London with working from home.

You will design and implement features in UE5, build tooling for engineers and creators, and help scope tasks and systems, while triaging and fixing bugs as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Software Engineer in the game industry.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine and C++.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software methodologies; solid understanding of version control workflows.
