Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking an ERP Systems Manager with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central to own the ERP landscape and drive strategic improvements. The role blends tech leadership with business partnership, ensuring end users gain maximum value from core applications.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day ERP operations, manage external partners and guide upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives within a hybrid Weybridge setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV or another ERP solution.
• Strong understanding of how ERP systems support finance, operations and supply chain functions.
• Experience delivering application change and system upgrades.
• Experience in ERP ownership, applications management or systems leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the company's ERP platform and supporting applications.
• Drive system enhancement initiatives, upgrades and business process improvements.
• Work with department leaders to identify operational challenges and recommend technology solutions.
• Coordinate with external consultancies and software vendors to deliver projects and support services.
• Monitor application performance, system reliability and user adoption.
• Manage incident resolution and ensure business-critical issues are addressed effectively.
• Contribute to future digital transformation and technology improvement programmes.
• Champion best practice across business systems and data management.
