Crypho is expanding its team in Tønsberg and seeks a DevOps/Backend developer to join a small, empowered group focused on end‑to‑end encrypted communications for enterprise and government clients.

You will contribute across ideas, planning, architecture, coding, testing and deployment in a flexible, English‑speaking office environment with opportunities for partial remote work and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience building applications with Python.
• Experience deploying with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Able to work closely with others and communicate well; expect to pair-program often.
• Degree is a plus but track record of actual software development matters more.
