Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HVAC discipline experience on large offshore projects, preferably greenfield.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and technical discussions.
  • Familiarity with relevant offshore standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support project execution across all phases.
  • Manage HVAC team tasks and deliverables.
  • Prepare Basis of Design and HVAC Philosophy documents.
  • Select HVAC equipment and provide input to the 3D model.
  • Offer senior HVAC expertise from concept to construction.

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for HVAC Discipline Lead

Job Description
  • As an HVAC Discipline Lead, you will support project execution across all phases.
  • Contract & Client Interaction: Analyze contracts and specifications, and participate in technical discussions with clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage HVAC team tasks and deliverables, stepping in on individual tasks when necessary.
  • Design Development: Prepare Basis of Design, HVAC Philosophy, and System Description documents.
  • Technical Contributions:
    • Schematic Air Flow Diagrams and D&ID drawings.
    • Select HVAC equipment based on capacity and suitability.
    • Provide input to the 3D model.
    • Follow up with the supplier.
  • Project Support: Offer senior HVAC expertise from concept through construction, including participation in reviews.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of HVAC discipline experience on large offshore projects, preferably greenfield, from C-study to handover.
  • Proven experience in team leadership.
  • Experience with HVDC/wind projects is an advantage.
  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail, as well as effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset; willing to share knowledge and experience with others.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with relevant offshore standards.
