Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major data centre construction project in Nordland, Norway. This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Project Management, construction teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Norwegian HSE legislation and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HSE on large construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.

Rotation: 4 weeks on / 1 week off (4/1)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major data centre construction project in Nordland, Norway. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HSE professional with strong construction experience to play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Management and Construction teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Norwegian HSE legislation, project requirements and industry best practice.

This is a 12-month contract, with an ASAP start and a 4 weeks on / 1 week off rotation.
