About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across a wide range of HR topics. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, contributing to recruitment, change management, competence development, and employee relations. Your ability to build trust, handle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and work independently will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Handle tasks related to recruitment, change processes, talent development, and personnel management
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and HR case handling
  • Ensure smooth and effective HR processes and tools
  • Support absence and sick leave follow-up
  • Contribute to building a positive and collaborative work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Higher education in HR or law, preferably with specialization in labor law
  • Solid experience from a broad HR role, ideally with a focus on supporting leaders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust easily
  • Comfortable working independently with a proactive, advisory approach
  • Ability to manage conflicts effectively through open dialogue
  • Adaptable, flexible, and solution-oriented
  • Knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Norwegian labor regulations and collective agreements
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with the Oil Service Agreement is an advantage
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • High integrity and a strong commitment to following HSE procedures
