This is a one-year parental leave cover, starting in February 2026, one year, based in our office in Oslo City at Jernbanetorget 4B.

You’ll collaborate with leaders to turn our HR strategy into actionable plans. From streamlining internal processes to leading company-wide initiatives, your efforts will help shape a people-first, winning culture.

  • Talent & Workforce Planning - Plan staffing needs and optimize team structure.
  • Data & Insights - Analyze data to drive people decisions.

  • Work environment, health & Safety - responsible for documents, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience within HR areas
  • Solid understanding of labour law and experience with workplace health and safety standards

This role is based at our local Rituals office in the city of Oslo and offers the chance to make a real impact as part of our Nordic HR team.
