As an HR Advisor at Rituals, you’ll play a key role in shaping a people-first culture across our 65 Norwegian stores. You’ll act as a trusted partner to our retail leaders, turning strategy into action and ensuring smooth HR operations — from employee relations and development to health, safety, and well-being. This is a one-year parental leave cover, starting in February 2026, one year, based in our office in Oslo City at Jernbanetorget 4B.
You’ll collaborate with leaders to turn our HR strategy into actionable plans. From streamlining internal processes to leading company-wide initiatives, your efforts will help shape a people-first, winning culture.

This role is based at our local Rituals office in the city of Oslo and offers the chance to make a real impact as part of our Nordic HR team. Since you will be the only one working with our Norwegian stores and do not share an office with any HR colleagues it is vital that you are comfortable cooperating virtually and that you enjoy working independently when needed.
