Job summary

Home Hotel Grand Bodø is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead a motivated team and maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. This permanent, full-time role offers a dynamic environment within the Strawberry group’s hospitality brand.

You will supervise daily housekeeping operations, drive coaching and performance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a memorable, homely guest experience. On-site role with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Long-term housekeeping experience is required.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Strong motivation to lead a team to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms and common areas to a high standard.
• Lead and coach the housekeeping team.
• Be responsible for the department's results.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest stay.
• Work 80% in operations and 20% in administration.
• Be an active part of the hotel's management team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning room and common areas at a high standard
• Lead your team with enthusiasm and a coaching attitude
• Responsible for the departments results
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless, comfortable stay for every guest
• You work 80% operational and 20% administrative
• You are a natural part of the hotels management team

This is a permanent 100% position in with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Is this you?

• You have long term experience in Housekeeping
• You know that good results come from a strong motivated team
• Structured and systematic
• Speaks Norwegian and English fluent

• Trade certificate in cleaning
