Job summary

Strawberry is seeking a Housekeeping team member in Oslo to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. You will clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, follow routines, and coordinate with reception and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms, bathrooms, common areas, corridors and other designated areas, with high quality and within an assigned time.
• Follow daily routines, with a high degree of accuracy
• Report damages, faulty inventory or other immediately to your closest manager and maintenance department.
• It is expected that every team member works continuously toward the predefined goals for the department, and that you are familiar with them.
• The position requires shift work (week days, evenings and weekends).
• Stay updated on the hotel's fire and safety routines.
• Actively contribute to the work environment.
• Have a good dialog with the reception via the internal system, ALICE and google hangout.
• Be a good ambassador for the hotel and STRAWBERRY, and to help guests and colleagues by being resourceful.
• Make sure to be uniformed correctly, in line with internal guidelines.
• Take good care of our building, colleagues and guests.
• Team members can be expected to perform other tasks if the work requires it.

As a Housekeeping team member you will work closely with other departments to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
