Job summary

Helicopter Jobs seeks a safety-focused Hoist Operator to join our professional crew supporting offshore wind projects with Airbus H135/H145 helicopters.

Based at Esbjerg and additional Danish bases, you will perform precision hoisting to turbines, vessels, and substations, contributing to the green energy transition and working within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Physically and mentally fit and able to pass medical.
• Can pass EASA Class 2 medical.
• Scandinavian speaking.
• Safety minded and team-oriented.
• Experience in hoist operations or pilot training is a plus.

About The Role

As a Hoist Operator, you will be part of a professional crew operating Airbus H135/H145 helicopters to support offshore wind operations. You will play a key role in supporting offshore operations. Missions include precision hoisting to offshore turbines, vessels, and substations.

You will operate from one of our bases (presently Esbjerg, Roskilde, Grenaa and from September 2026 also Thorsminde) in Denmark, serving some of the largest and most innovative offshore wind projects in Northern Europe.

As a Hoist operator your main task includes precision hoisting to offshore turbines, vessels, and substations.

Who we are looking for

Minimum Qualifications

• Physically and mentally fit
• Can pass EASA Class 2 medical
• Scandinavian sepeaking
• Must be a safety minded person
• You enjoy working as a part of a team.

Highly Desirable Experience

• Residence in Denmark or nearby region
• Danish speaking
• Experience as a Hoist Operator, or under education as a pilot.
