Job summary

EliteService Staffing is seeking an Industrial Alpinist to perform high-elevation tasks on bridges, towers and industrial buildings in Bergen, Norway. This role is physically demanding and requires fitness, safety awareness, and the ability to work in challenging weather and confined spaces.

The position is temporary with potential for permanent placement. Accommodation is provided during temporary assignments, and visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for high-elevation work.
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignments.
• Able to work in challenging weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and proper use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform tasks at heights using ropes, harnesses, and other equipment.
• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on structures.
• Install or dismantle structures and equipment as needed.
• Carry out cleaning or painting at elevated levels.
• Communicate effectively with team and follow safety protocols.
