The financial industry is undergoing rapid transformation, challenging traditional banking models and core services. At DNB, we see this as an opportunity. Our Partnership & Innovation (P&I) team was created to drive change and unlock new possibilities. A key enabler of our mission to build the world’s best bank for Norway is forging strong partnerships and leveraging innovation to deliver value for our customers.

We are responsible for initiatives such as DNB NXT Accelerator, Group Innovation Board, Let’s Innovate and DNB Innovation Day, and we continuously improve innovation processes, tools, and culture across the organization.

About the role

As a part of our team you’ll play an important role in shaping and driving the company’s innovation and partnership agenda:

  • Acting as Key Account for our partnership with Startuplab
  • Leading the DNB NXT Accelerator program
  • Identifying, evaluating, and developing strategic partnerships and new business opportunities for DNB Group
  • Driving partnership projects and commercialization of new products and services—both as project lead and advisor to other business units
  • Managing relationships and fostering business development with strategic partners
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in how DNB manages partnerships and sharing knowledge across the Group

You’ll thrive in this role if you are passionate about creating win-win opportunities and new business models, and you have a strong interest in digital ecosystems, technology, and innovation. You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various positions and levels and want to create customer value by leveraging DNB’s strengths and market position in collaboration with leading corporations and startups.
